I am pleased to share my reflections as the Academic Coordinator of Balaji Institute of Technology and Management. Throughout my academic journey at BITM, I have been privileged to gain not only technical knowledge but also exposure to practical industry-oriented learning. During my internship at Classic Industries and Export Ltd. as a Market Research Intern, I had the opportunity to engage in detailed market analysis, competitive mapping, and consumer behaviour study. This experience allowed me to apply classroom learning to real industry scenarios, enhance my analytical skills, and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in business and technology environments. The support and academic foundation provided by BITM played a key role in enabling me to contribute responsibly and effectively during the internship.
The institute places strong emphasis on discipline, ethical values, research orientation, and holistic development. With the guidance of our dedicated faculty and structured academic planning, students are consistently encouraged to grow as responsible professionals, critical thinkers, and contributors to society. My journey at Balaji Institute of Technology and Management (BITM) has been a remarkable phase of learning, leadership, and transformation. The institute’s academic rigor, combined with its focus on practical exposure, has helped me evolve into a confident and industry-ready professional.
As a Marketing specialization student at Sri Balaji University, Pune, I had the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, case studies, and industry interactions that strengthened my business acumen and strategic thinking.
Serving as the President of the Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Club under the Student Council was one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Leading various entrepreneurial initiatives, organizing events, and mentoring peers enhanced my leadership, communication, and team management skills while fostering creativity and innovation on campus.
My internship with Amul was another defining experience, where I worked on market research and sales development projects focused on improving brand visibility and consumer engagement. This exposure to the FMCG industry provided deep insights into market behaviour, brand management, and on-ground execution strategies.
Representing BITM at T-Hub, India’s premier startup incubation ecosystem, was a proud milestone in my MBA journey. I had the opportunity to propose my own business idea, which was recognized for its innovation and practical feasibility. The experience at T-Hub strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset and broadened my understanding of startup ecosystems and innovation-driven growth.
BITM has been more than an academic institution for me it has been a journey of discovery, discipline, and development. The guidance from faculty and mentors, along with the constant encouragement from peers, has prepared me to take confident steps into the corporate world.

My journey at Balaji Institute of Technology and Management (BITM), Sri Balaji University, Pune, has been a deeply enriching experience that has shaped my professional outlook and personal growth. The institute’s structured approach to discipline, corporate exposure, and academic rigor has played a pivotal role in building my foundation in marketing, analytics, and communication.
During my internship with Kantar IMRB, I worked on four diverse projects across retail, automotive, and FMCG sectors, gaining hands-on experience in consumer behavior, brand perception analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Conducting consumer and retailer surveys helped me understand how real-world research supports strategic marketing decisions.
My academic project on “The Impact of Fintech on Consumer Financial Behaviour and Decision-Making” strengthened my analytical and research abilities, exploring how technology influences financial choices and trust in digital platforms.
Beyond academics, I have served as the Vice President of the Marketing Club and Member of the Student Council, honing my skills in communication, coordination, and event management. Serving as the Master of Ceremonies for university events enhanced my confidence and leadership abilities.

During my summer internship at AMUL (GCMMF), I had the opportunity to work as a Sales Intern, where I conducted a survey of bakeries and home bakers, promoted Amul’s bakery product range, and gained hands-on experience in territory mapping, distributor management, and channel promotions. This experience enhanced my understanding of real-world sales operations and consumer engagement.
BITM’s culture of discipline, continuous learning, and industry exposure has played a crucial role in shaping my professional attitude. Being an active part of the Student Council as Vice President of the Business Club and coordinating major events such as Case Quest and Drishti, helped me enhance my leadership, teamwork, and event management skills.

Additionally, the eminent guest lectures and industry conclaves organized by the institute have given me valuable insights into evolving business landscapes and market dynamics.
